Terms Of Use
- Check-in is 2:00 pm (14:00 hours) please ask if early check-in is available.
- Check-out10:00 am, please ask if late checkout is available.
- Strictly no pets allowed on the property. A $200 fine applies for breaches
- Strictly no smoking on permitted on premises. If evidence of Smoking is found a fine applies of $300
(Extra Cleaning)
- Care of facilities and Cleanliness: We understand accidents happen, however deliberate damage and mess is not acceptable and will result in a $200 extra cleaning charge plus any applicable replacement or repair costs.
Cancellation
28 days before arrival - full refund minus $50 AUD admin fee
14-28 days before arrival - 50% refund
14 days or less from arrival - no refund
However we will do our best to reschedule your booking.
